But these reusable fittings have moved with the times and when assembled following the correct procedure they will operate up to the maximum design pressure of the hydraulic hose they were designed to be fitted to. 

These Reusable Hose Fittings were Designed to Fit onto hydraulic hoses manufactured to SAE100R1, SAE100R2 and DIN/EN853 specifications.

So if you want to Save Yourself a Ton of Machine Downtime and most probably the Lost Income if you have an unexpected hydraulic hose failure get yourself a couple of sets of these Field Fit Reusable Hose Fittings for your machine.

Available in two (2) JIC thread Sizes

• 9/16" inch JIC dash #6, 
• 3/4" inch JIC dash #8 

Fits Four (4) Common Hydraulic Hose Sizes with an Inside Diameter (ID) of ..

• Dash #6 - 3/8 inch ID in 2,600 psi One wire and 4,800 psi Two Wire
• Dash #8 - 1/2 inch ID in 2,300 psi One Wire and 4,000 psi Two Wire.

Three (3) Different Fitting Designs Available 

• Straight with JIC Female Swivel Nut 
• Straight with JIC Male Nipple 
• Swept Bend 90° Elbow with JIC Female Swivel Nut

These Reusable Hydraulic Hose fittings will fit Hydraulic hoses manufactured to 

SAE 100R1, SAE 100R2 and DIN/EN853 specifications. 

Can be Assembled with Simple Tools

No Special Tools are Required. 

You will need a couple of 10 or 12-inch adjustable wrenches, a hacksaw with a fine-tooth blade or Cordless Grinder, Some Lubricating Grease and a Vice.

Please note a bench mounted Vice will assist you greatly by speeding up the job but is not essential.
